dynamo HCM is a U.S.-based provider of payroll and human resources outsourcing services. dynamo HCM Services are designed for use by representatives of our current and prospective business clients, accountants, brokers, and other industry partners and potential partners, as well as their employees and ours, all within the United States. They are not intended for personal, family, or household use by individual consumers. All references to “you” and “your” in this Privacy Policy pertain to the individual representatives of such business entities and the employees whose data is collected through dynamo HCM Services.
Our primary focus is delivering industry-leading payroll and HR outsourcing services to our clients; we do not engage in selling personal information. dynamo HCM’s services include, but are not limited to, providing a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that enables clients to manage their workforce effectively.

If you access dynamo HCM Services as an employee or representative of a business that is a dynamo HCM customer (our “Customer”), please be aware that your employer is the data controller of the information we collect and process on their behalf. In such cases, we act as a service provider or processor, and your employer’s privacy policies and practices govern the use of your personal information.
